Refund & Return Policy

At AthletiqCo, we want you to enjoy a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

We offer size exchanges for all items.
A $4 delivery fee applies to cover the cost of collecting the original item from you and delivering the correct size.
If the size you want is out of stock, you may:
- Wait until it becomes available, OR
- Request a refund. In this case, you will be refunded your order amount minus $8 (to cover the first delivery fee of $4, plus the $4 return delivery fee).

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will cover the delivery charge in full and send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Return requests are subject to store approval.
We have no obligation to accept returns unless the product is damaged.
If you simply do not like the product, you may contact us, and we will assess whether a refund is possible.
If a return is approved:
- A $4 return delivery fee applies.
- The initial $4 delivery fee from your first order will also be deducted.
- This means your total refund will be your order amount minus $8.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.

We cover the delivery charge only for your first order.
For exchanges or approved returns, the delivery charges ($4 or $8 depending on the case) are paid by the customer (except in cases of damaged/faulty items).
Returns and refunds are always subject to store approval.
